Meridia Dosage

Doctors usually 10 milligrams once daily at the beginning of the course. If one has not lost minimum 4 pounds in 4 weeks then the Doctors may increase the dose to 15 milligrams daily. 15 milligrams daily is the maximum dose that should be taken but still if there are no results then Meridia will be discontinued. 5 milligram is sufficient for a patient who experiences side effects after taking 10 milligram.

Meridia Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Meridia and remember it within 2-3 hours, then take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and return to your regular schedule. Do not use double doses.

Overdose of Meridia
